Burkina Faso
In 2007, Southside adopted the Sambla people from Badara, Burkina Faso which is located in the West Africa region. We send a team of 4-6 persons at least three times per year. Our goal is to engage this people group until there is a self perpetuating indigenous church among the Sambla of Badara. Take a moment to pray now and ask God how He would like you be involved in this mission endeavor. There are several ways to be involved: you can go on one of the trips, contribute financially toward the expenses of this mission effort, or pray for the Sambla to give their hearts to Jesus. Whatever your interest, you can get more information by talking to any mission team member, Pastor Jeff, or stop by the office and we will be glad to discuss this with you. If you are interested in going on a trip, there is an information packet prepared to help you better understand what is involved. These packets are available in the church office. |
